Taste your way through Borough Market Borough Market, then walk along South Bank to London Eye - capsule ride (book in advance - can book group tickets for capsule). You'll pass the Globe Theatre and the Tate Modern (two must-do's but I'd recommend doing those during the week when there are smaller crowds). If the weather is nice, stop at the rooftop garden bar at the Southbank Centre to enjoy the view and a glass of Pimms (one of my best kept secrets).
Evening walk across Westminster Bridge.
